Data analysis was processed descriptively and tested using chi square test. Based on the results of the study note that the implementation of organizational learning has not been implemented optimally in the Buleleng District Health Center. This is evident that not all Puskesmas have achieved Main and Full Accreditation. While 40% of puskesmas accreditations are still at the intermediate level, 40% at the primary level and 10% at the plenary level.
